No Returns or Exchanges for Sizing Issues
As a made-to-order brand, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. Each outfit is created specifically according to the order details provided by the customer.
We kindly request you to carefully check the size chart before placing your order to ensure the correct fit.
Damaged Products
We accept exchanges, returns, or refunds only if the product is damaged when received.
To request an exchange, return, or refund for a damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Email us at srini.clothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage. This video is required for processing your request.
Once we verify the issue, we will review and process your request within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit note equal to the value of the purchased outfit.
- The credit note will be valid for 3 months.
- It can be used for future purchases on our store.
