Shipping policy
Domestic Shipments (Within India)
Our standard dispatch time is 3-4 business days. This period does not include Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that we do not operate on public holidays. If your order is placed close to a public holiday, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
To ensure fairness in order processing, we are unable to prioritize or expedite orders upon request after they have been placed.
After dispatch, delivery within India usually takes 2–3 working days.
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
International Shipments
We ship worldwide to most destinations.
Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are not included in the product price or shipping charges. Any duties or taxes imposed by your country must be paid by the customer. These charges are usually collected by the shipping partner at the time of delivery.
Some shipping partners may also charge an additional service fee if they pay customs duties on your behalf. This fee will be added along with the customs charges and must be paid by the customer.
If you prefer to avoid this service fee, you can contact the shipping partner using your tracking number and inform them that you would like to handle the customs clearance yourself once the shipment arrives in your country. The shipping partner will notify you when the parcel is ready for customs processing.
Once your order has been dispatched, the standard international delivery time is 5–8 working days. However, delivery times may extend due to customs inspections or border delays, which are beyond our control.
Please monitor your shipment using the tracking information provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipping partner will notify you. It is your responsibility to arrange an alternate delivery time.
If an order is not collected and returned to us, we will deduct the two-way shipping charges and any customs duties or taxes paid. The remaining amount can be issued either as store credit or refunded to the original payment method.
